Get a free 20-point roof inspection from a trained Apex General Contracting specialist — no obligation, no pressure, and a full report that’s yours to keep.
Knowing doesn't cost a thing, but not knowing could cost you thousands.
Here’s exactly what you’re signing up for, and what you’ll walk away with.
Your specialist walks the full roof system: shingles, flashing, vents, ridge caps, gutters, soffits, fascia, and any visible interior signs of water intrusion. We document everything, not just the obvious problems.
You'll get a detailed report with photos of every finding, whether or not you ever work with Apex. It's yours to use for your own records, a second opinion, or your insurance company.
If we find damage, we'll walk you through how the claim process works and meet your adjuster on-site at no cost. Most homeowners don't realize what their policy actually covers until they have an expert in their corner.
Apex General Contracting proudly serves homeowners & businesses throughout Illinois & Wisconsin. Don’t see your town? Give us a call, there’s a good chance we service your area.
When you invite a contractor onto your property, trust matters as much as workmanship. Our customers consistently tell us the same thing: clear communication, honest assessments, and roofs that hold up season after season. Read what your neighbors have to say about their experience with Apex General Contracting, then book your free inspection and see the difference for yourself.
Most inspections take about 30 minutes. Larger or more complex roofs can take a bit longer, but we’ll respect your time and never rush the work.
Yes. There’s no fee, no obligation, and no high-pressure pitch at the end. If we find damage and you’d like our help, great — if not, you still walk away knowing the condition of your roof.
Although it is not absolutely necessary, we do prefer that you are home. This gives us the opportunity to discuss our findings and gives you the opportunity to ask questions. The inspection will primarily take place outside, so you can keep doing your thing while we work.
That’s a win! This is what happens the majority of the time. You’ll still get your report documenting the current condition of your roof, which is useful for future insurance claims, a home sale, or just peace of mind. There is no pressure to schedule any work.
It depends on the cause of the damage and the specifics of your policy. Storm-related damage from wind or hail is typically covered; normal wear and tear is not. We’ll help you understand what your policy says and how to file a claim if it makes sense to.
We have served homeowners and businesses across Illinois and Wisconsin, where we are fully licensed and insured, since 2006. If you’re not sure whether you’re in our service area, give us a call or pick a date on the calendar — we’ll confirm before we schedule.
